1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RJ Enterprise Credit CRM ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RJ Enterprise Credit CRM provides credit repair business management tools including:

  • Client management and tracking
  • Dispute letter generation
  • Workflow automation
  • SMS and email integration
  • Credit report monitoring
  • Payment processing

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Reporting any unauthorized use immediately

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are:

  • Billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
  • Subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Auto-renewed unless cancelled

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
  • Engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Credit Repair Compliance

Our tools are designed to help credit repair professionals operate efficiently. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
  • Following Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements
  • Maintaining proper licensing as required by your state
  • Ensuring all communications are truthful and non-deceptive

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by RJ Enterprise Credit CRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RJ Enterprise Credit CRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of New Mexico.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may terminate your account for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
